We will not accept applications in the name of a legal entity, and we will not issue a diploma in a name other than that indicated at the time of registration.

USE OF THE SITE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.All rights related to this SITE are reserved to the SUPPLIER, including, but not limited to, texts, images, audios, videos and any other content.

2. It is absolutely forbidden to the user of the site: reproduce, use, copy, distribute, allow public access, train others in the method, acquire the right to access any product or service collectively, make our content available free of charge or onerous To the general public, transform, plagiarize, or modify in any way the SUPPLIER’s content.

Rights assignment agreement

Clause One – The acquisition of the info product

This contract has as its object the assignment of the right to use info product content (“Manu Bernardi Method of Body Lymphatic Drainage”) whose copyright is the exclusive property of the SUPPLIER.

§ 1. INFO PRODUCT is offered online, made available on the PLATFORM in video format at an electronic address where the CLIENT has access to his administrative information.

§ 2. The CLIENT’s access to the platform of the purchased info product will be 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the effective date of the registration.

Second Clause – Access to the info product

After the assignment is made, the SUPPLIER will provide access to the “Hotmart Platform”, which will be entered exclusively through a personal and non-transferable login and password.

§ 1. The password is for personal and non-transferable use by the CLIENT, who will be responsible for its improper use and for all damages resulting from making it available to third parties, whether for the purpose of making a profit or not, the custody of the password being the sole responsibility of the customer.

§ 2. It is strictly forbidden to the customer, under penalty of immediate termination of the assignment, with expulsion from the platform without the right to return values and without prejudice to other measures applicable in the civil and criminal scope:

I. Make use of tools to record the screen or to download the videos and audios of the Info product in any way, even for personal use only.

II. Make use of tools to photograph the screen image, including smartphone printscreens, even for personal use only.

III. Share the SUPPLIER’s infoproduct or any content with third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, free of charge or for a fee.

IV. Share the product, free of charge or costly, on sales platforms, since this act constitutes the practice of piracy and will be punished under the law.

§ 3. All content made available to INFOPRODUCT, whether in writing, audiovisual or by any other media, is the exclusive property of the SUPPLIER and protected by national and international intellectual property legislation, the reproduction, transmission, disclosure, storage and exhibition in whole or partly to third parties that are not part of this instrument.

Third Clause – About payment

For the acquisition of the info product that is the object of this instrument, the CLIENT will pay the SUPPLIER the amount described in the assignment request, in the amounts and maturities available at the time of the acquisition of the right of use on the date of purchase

§ 1. If the CUSTOMER has chosen to use the credit card as a form of payment, it is already aware that the SUPPLIER does not have information about the closing date of the invoice or about taxes or fees that may be charged by the card operator or by government of the CLIENT’s country for international purchases, and therefore is not responsible for the collection of more than one installment on the same invoice or any other amount that does not correspond to the value of the info product described on the SUPPLIER’s page, the CLIENT must consult its credit card operator and your country’s international purchasing Laws for further clarification.

§ 2. If the payment option was by bank payment slip (if this option is available at the time the subscriber’s rights are acquired), it is the CLIENT’s responsibility to pay the payment slip on the correct date. Failure to pay the ticket automatically cancels the CLIENT’s registration request.

Clause Four – General provisions

4. For whatever reason, if the USER does not watch the videos within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days, he will not receive the diploma. The platform has a percentage counter and the USER must be aware of this. It is the responsibility of the USER to view 100% of the videos within the period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) days.

5. The diploma will be sent by the SUPPLIER, by email, within 3 working days after the total viewing of the videos by the client.

6. The SUPPLIER will NOT grant any more term beyond the 120 (one hundred and twenty) days of access already provided to the USER.

7. The customer declares that, prior to his request, he had access to all information related to the INFOPRODUCT, and it is understood that any questions should be directed to thecustomer service email contact@manubernardi.com.

Fifth Clause – Membership

The CLIENT declares to have read and fully understood this contract as well as all the legal information mentioned here and on the product sales page, before making the purchase. He declares to be aware of the actions that can be taken by the SUPPLIER, in case the CUSTOMER fails to comply with any of the items presented in the Terms of Use and Intellectual Property. In this way, the CLIENT declares agreement on the rights and obligations established by the SUPPLIER.
